How long will it take to receive the purchase?
The deadline delivery of shipments to the peninsula is 2 to 4 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Shipments to the Canary Islands take around ten to fifteen days to be delivered. Shipments to the Balearic Islands take 3 to 7 days to be delivered.
If your order has not arrived by the delivery date, please call 928 223 717. All searches for lost orders will be made to as soon as possible.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, do not worry, you can contact the carrier directly to arrange a new delivery. The courier will keep the order for 15 days at the branch closest to your home, where you can also pick it up if it is more convenient for you.

You can use different payment options, including credit / debit cards, PayPal or Stripe.
You have 14 business days, from the moment of receipt of your order to request a refund. If the return is made within this period, there will be no cost to you. All our items have a return guarantee of ten days, from the date of receipt of the order. To be able to benefit from this guarantee, you must keep the packaging in perfect condition and the delivery note of the item, as well as pay the transportation costs.
There are no shipping costs and no additional cost is added to any of our products, except for shipments outside of Spain that you will have to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check the viability and cost of shipping.

Orders are only made correctly if the payment is completed. If the process has been completed you will receive an email indicating that your order is in process. In any case, if you have registered as a user on the web, you will be able to know the status of your order through your account.
Once the purchase is delivered, you should check that it is in perfect condition. It is of vital importance, at the moment of the reception of the order, to make sure that the merchandise has arrived according to the established quality criteria. Otherwise, it is essential that the claim is made within a maximum period of 7 days, by contacting the central office at the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 928 223 717.
